This team is phenomenal! They do a great job maintaining our pool and spa on a weekly basis. They always tell me if it needs repairs or seasonal maintenance. Steve came out to do a warranty diagnosis last Wednesday. He knows his craft and was fast and efficient in diagnosing the issue. Before leaving, he went above she beyond by treating the algae growing in our pool due to our broken pump. He wanted to make sure the pool didn’t get worse before he would make it back for the actual repair. Once the warranty repair was approved, Steve came back in a timely manner and completed the work. The repair was completed today, a new drive was installed and our pump is up and running! Once again he treated our pool before leaving. Steve is very efficient, friendly and goes above and beyond. He answered all my questions and diagnosed and solved our pump issue in a timely manner. I highly recommend Steve and Captain Pools for their excellent work!

We had a great experience with Captain Pools remodeling our 15-20 year old pool. They redid the interior, as well as fixed some concrete work that was needed. Responsiveness from the owner was also efficient, which is something you do not always see these day. Would highly recommend them.

Lucas and the whole team at Captain Pools are great! I've been working with Captain Pools for about 4 years now.They do weekly cleanings at my personal home and airbnbs. I've hired them for several jobs over the years from new pebble tech, new filters, new pumps, pool heater installation, automation system, cool decking and many other maintenance related jobs. They're very fast, responsive and have great prices. I will continue to use them on my personal home and all of my future real estate projects. Captain Pools has been great for us. Aside from offering the lowest price for monthly maintenance, they provide before and after pictures of each visit in email. Andrew services our pool and he’s great! Friendly and attentive to details. We even had an issue with our pool vac-lock, and he was able to report it and get it fixed within a week!Would highly recommend to anyone looking for pool service.
